We have spent more than two decades growing and producing piparra peppers, allowing us to devise a sauce with a unique and unmistakable flavour. Our pepper sauce is 100% made with natural, local produce; peppers, oil and olives, with nothing else added.
As well as using our Ibarra peppers, our sauce is also made with extra-virgin olive oil and Arróniz olives, which we likewise grow ourselves. All of which gives the spiciness of our peppers but with a milder flavour, the perfect condiment to accompany a host of traditional local dishes.
